Eligible for Return
The product shipped directly from Agatsa that is damaged in transit from shall be processed exclusively by Agatsa. Such damaged Product shall be immediately reported to Customer Care team (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Product Quality Concerns
Product that is unusable due to reasons related to Product quality arising out of the manufacturing of the Product (i.e., the physical characteristics of the Product deviate from the physical characteristics of the Product described in the information for the Product) shall be processed and addressed to Agatsa. Please contact Customer Care team (email@example.com)
Conditions to fulfill to process the return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Not Eligible for Return
If the device is found tampered with its parts (sensors, batteries or internal circuitry tampered) the device will not be returned back.
If the product is working fine with good ECG results, Agatsa will not issue any refund for the product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund and inform you accordingly. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment type and mode.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
